I had an amazing stay here with great staff, comfortable beds, and a convenient location close to town. The apartment was clean and had plenty of storage. The pool area had shaded spots and enough sun beds. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi in the reception area and organized taxis for guests. The breakfast selection was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Puerto del Carmen. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being super clean and spacious. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool area which was lovely. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the promenade areas and the shopping areas. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff, particularly the waiter Daniel who provided excellent service.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the effort they put into decorating for Halloween and organizing a night concert. The selection of food and beverages at breakfast and dinner was extensive, catering to all tastes. The hotel's location near the old town was perfect, with easy access to both the promenade areas and the shopping areas. this hotel provided great value for money.
